Hello everyone and welcome to our March newsletter.

Wishing all our junior and senior weekend teams best of luck for the grand finals being held on Saturday 16 & Sunday 17 March.

EMTC will again be one of the host clubs for this prestigious international tournament for 30yrs+ players. Matches will commence at 8.30am and conclude by around 3.00pm over the 2 days.

Please note there will be different court allocations across these days for Thursday & Friday morning coaching and Friday social tennis.

Our club was absolutely buzzing last Friday night 1 March with the DJ pumping out songs to get more than 50 participants moving and having fun across six courts. The 1 hour of cardio was then followed by bar staff serving up a variety of cocktails and then more tennis for those still keen to have another hit.

Council have appointed architects for our clubhouse refurbishment. They have come and measured our current clubhouse footprint and are obtaining the necessary reports. Committee are looking forward to the meeting with council next Wednesday 13 March and being presented with some concept designs.
