New Partnered Research: Healthy Schools | LINK | Écoles Saines

Centre for Healthy Communities Healthy School Communities Research Thematic Area Lead, Dr. Kate Storey, is spearheading new research (Healthy Schools | LINK | Écoles Saines) through SIRCLE Research Lab that will lead to the development of a national framework for healthy school communities and a suite of tools to evaluate and support school health. The Centre for Healthy Communities is excited to be a partner on this project.

Gardening initiatives as an approach to cancer prevention for children and youth

Christina Gillies, Centre for Healthy Communities Scientist recently co-authored a publication that profiles rapid review work on how gardening initiatives can support children and youth cancer prevention.
