Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Document submission
Where Target Evaluation requests extra documentation or information for risk assessment purposes, please ensure it is sent through TSW. Only original documents should be submitted to our public counter and emails should only be used where there is a valid issue preventing the documents from being sent in TSW – for example system outage.
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 days.
On Monday 9th February, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 798 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 11am.
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 18:19 hrs (previous week 18:08hrs) and for second submissions 3:44 hrs (previous week 3:04 hrs).
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 hours
On Monday 9th February, morning, there were 4 airfreight lodgements in the queue and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 9:23am.
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 2:22 hrs (previous week 1:34 hrs) and for second submissions 2:46 hrs (previous week 1:43 hrs).
Australia queue
On Monday 9th February, morning, there were 191 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Monday at 11am.
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 2:17hrs (previous week 1:47hrs) and for second submissions 3:05 hrs (previous week 2:04hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 16:06hrs (previous week 14:36hrs) and for second submissions was 2:31hrs (previous week 2:05hrs).
