Energy is moving outward toward its full expression of radiance. Increased light symbolizes increased enthusiasm, activity, individuation and freedom. Throughout the seasons, Ayurveda provides a framework for generalized and individualized balance of the doshas. Now is the time to hydrate well by sipping warm lime juice, resting in the hot part of the day and taking advantage of cooler evenings and longer daylight hours. Rest the eyes after sundown. Please take advantage of the Ayurveda resources, events and opportunities below, which have been carefully planned and selected for your interest, dear reader. ![]() Covid LONG HAUL RECOVERY WITH AYURVEDA Many of you have requested Ayurveda information on the Covid 19 pandemic, still continuing around the world. Launch is planned for December 2021. This program summarizes my last 35 years of international clinical practice with hands-on bodywork healing techniques from Ayurveda. Volume I covers the General Session in Turiya Therapy and Volume II covers Balancing the Doshas. This landmark program will empower the graduate to practice safely with powerful life-changing techniques for stilling the mind and realizing the root cause of ‘dis-ease’ or symptoms lies within. This program takes the participant beyond cranio-sacral techniques, shiatsu, physio- therapy, reiki, pranic healing, massage, and into the profound world of ancient ‘Marma” (Ayurveda Energy Doorway) to the source of suffering and symptoms. Ayurveda is based in the Samkhiya philosophy of creation, which helps clarify the structure and purpose of life. Mental health is the need of the day to help restore the unified field within from our current stressful fragmentation. Stillness is a stepping stone to the inner quiet where self-realization arises spontaneously. Turiya Therapy practice provided my livelihood and Ayurveda educational expenses over many years. Now I pass on these techniques, theories and practices to younger practitioners faced with the same challenges of how to practice Ayurveda while continuing to learn from each person.
