Are You Eligible to Apply via BC WiN?

If you have a visible disability, a non-visible disability (eg. a mental health condition), diverse cognitive abilities (including people who are neurodiverse), or other permanent conditions that can present barriers to employment - it's to your advantage to apply through BC WiN.

We work directly with Employer Partners to recruit diverse talent on their behalf, ease concerns with disclosure and help set candidates up for success.  We also train and help hiring managers to bring out your best during an interview, then on the job once hired!  And, if you're connected to services for employment support, you stay connected to those services.
