I wrote that we were out of the flat water, and coming into some rapids, and expressed confidence that we were a good crew that could navigate them safely. I had no idea what a wild ride the rapids would turn out to be – and they’re getting wilder! My confidence in us was well placed though. The teamwork, innovation, and tenacity I see in the department is amazing. I’ll give a particular shout out to the residency and undergrad teams, who have been adapting constantly to get the next generation the learning opportunities they need. My confidence remains high. Let’s paddle together and take care of each other. - Dr. Lee Green, Chair, Department of Family Medicine Congratulations Congratulations to the Class of 2020 Congratulations to all of the family medicine residents who have graduated. This is the culmination of many years of work by Dr. David Pontin, who reached out to DoFM postgraduate director Dr. John Chmelicek for help in making this happen. This site is Canada's first circumpolar family residency learning site, and we are so excited about the learning opportunities it will provide for our family medicine residents.
