Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 days.
On Wednesday 28 January, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 898 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 12:37pm.
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 14:41 hrs (previous week 11:54hrs) and for second submissions 2:05 hrs (previous week 1:46 hrs)
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 hours
On Wednesday 28 January, morning, there were 61 airfreight lodgements in the queue and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 11:03am.
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:58 hrs (previous week 0:26 hrs) and for second submissions 1:02 hrs (previous week 0:30 hrs).
Australia queue
On Wednesday 28 January, morning, there were 146 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Monday at 12:37pm.
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:51hrs (previous week 0:28hrs) and for second submissions 1:10 hrs (previous week (0:13hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 10:52hrs (previous week 8:39hrs) and for second submissions was 1:15hrs (previous week 1:40hrs).
