After wrapping up Science Week, and the wonderful Tiny Art Show, we are ready for Spring in the library!
Bookings for our Spring School Holiday events open on Monday 7 September at 9am.
Pick your favourites and be sure to get in quick, our school holiday events book out fast. There’s something for everyone, including magic shows, science demonstrations, craft sessions and cartoon drawing workshops.
There’s still time to enter our Book Week Costume Competition on Facebook for your chance to win one of three book packs! Simply visit our Facebook page and comment with a photo of your child’s Book Week costume on the dedicated competition post.

Charlie Pickering Broadcasting from Bunjil Place Library
We have a special guest visiting Bunjil Place Library this Friday.
Charlie Pickering and a hilarious panel of comedians (Shaun Micallef, Kirsty Webeck and Lehmo) will be recording a special edition of the ABC radio show TGIF!, live from the blue stairs at Bunjil Place Library.

In Conversation with Michael Robotham
Michael Robotham will visit us at Bunjil Place Library to chat about his 20th published novel, Tell Me Something True, set in a small Australian town (his first Australian set novel).
It's a mystery, a coming-of-age tale and a love story all wrapped into one.
After a chat with Tim from Bunjil Place Library, Michael take questions from the audience.
Copies of the book can be purchased and signed on the night.

Fashion Machine WorkshopsParticipate in an arts project that culminates in a public show where audience members outfits are redesigned in less than one hour. In the September school holidays, The Other Guise from Victoria, Canada are bringing their international hit show Fashion Machine to Bunjil Place. Experts from the fields of textiles, photography and theatre will spend four days training 28 young makers, to prepare them for a show where they will remake outfits in less than one hour. 📌 Bunjil Place
