Arrival Day on Sunday, August 27th will provide opportunities to explore programs such as equestrian, snow sports and athletics as well as talk to college counseling, and the business office staff. Visit them in the Tiger's Den during registration for more information.

Note that all students are required to complete a Pre-Participation Physical is required annually for all students with the form signed by the physician. This form is included in the enrollment packets linked below.
PLEASE SHARE WITH US YOUR STUDENT'S TRAVEL PLANS
However your student travels to and from campus, we need to know about it so we get them safely to and from you to us. For each break, including arrival, we ask that you let Abbi Kennedy, [travel@wasatchacademy.org] our Travel Coordinator, know about your student's travel arrangements by completing the Travel Details Forms included in the Arrival Day Travel Form. If you are driving your student to and
from campus, we need to know this as well. Thank you!
WASATCH CARES PACKAGE
Sponsor for only $30 each!
The first day on campus continues to be one of the most memorable events in students' boarding school experience. It's is a special time and we'd love to give each student a special Wasatch Cares welcome from you by sponsoring a care package. Your sponsorship includes an opportunity for you to send an encouraging message or story that we will include in their package.
This year's Wasatch Cares gift includes a Wasatch Academy t-shirt, friendship bracelet, tiger sticker and more. The packaging is a sturdy Polyweave reusable zipper bag.
Providing students a warm welcome with a Wasatch Cares package is also an opportunity to send personalized notes of encouragement and Wasatch Academy stories. You can designate a specific student, one who is new to Wasatch, one who is a senior or let us find just the right student to receive this gift on your behalf. We will include your message right in the pouch.

CLASS SCHEDULES
All returning students should have received their class schedule for the 2023 - 2024 academic year. For questions please contact our Registrar, AnneMarie Lund.
All new students will receive their class schedule for the 2023 - 2024 academic year after arriving on campus. Testing for new international students will occur after arriving on campus followed by your class schedule.
POWERSCHOOL
PowerSchool is your access to all of the information available about your student's grades, grade history, link to Meet the Teacher, attendance, schedule (MySchedule), tuition invoicing, and more. Access to PowerSchool is located at https://wasatchacademy.powerschool.com/public/.
Access for current families is the same as in previous years.
New families received an email last week with the information needed to create your account including the student's name, access ID, and access password.
If you have not received this email, cannot find your account, or want assistance navigating PowerSchool, please email Jason Yang or ParentSupport@WasatchAcademy.org.
NEW STUDENT EMAIL ACTIVATION
This afternoon (Wednesday, August 16th) students and their families received an email with the information needed to activate their Wasatch Academy student email. Families, please check with your student to make sure they have this information. Returning students should still have their active email address. If your student needs assistance, IT will be available on Arrival Day in the Student Center.

Pack your camping gear and bring it on Arrival Day. The class of 2024 is going to Moab for hiking in Arches National Park, biking, rafting the Colorado River, and camping out.
All 12th grade and post graduate students will participate in this 3-day camping experience.

While students are enjoying their first dinner on campus in the Student Center, please plan to join us in the Engineering Arts courtyard for an opportunity to wind down and chat with other families, faculty and staff. A light meal and drinks will be served.
