Frequently Asked Question - Invoice NumbersTo link an existing provider that is in scope of the NQF, the annual invoice number will need to be entered. If you have received multiple annual fee invoices, you may use any of the invoice numbers for this process. All data must be entered exactly as it appears on the invoice, including capitalisation of letters. There are 2 ways to locate the invoice number, either via the: 1. Annual Fee Invoice issued to the email address registered under the provider primary contact details. The subject line in this email would be 2023/2024 Annual Fee Invoice - WA PR-XXXXXXXX. 2. Payment receipt sent from eWay (the payment platform) to the email registered by the person who made the payment. If you are still not able to locate the invoice number, a provider’s registered PMC (Persons with Management or Control) can contact ECRU to request the invoice number.
