Healthy Habits Creating healthy habits as all about small, consistent steps that can lead to lasting change. This all starts by setting achievable goals whether that be getting an extra half-hour of sleep, incorporating more veggies into meals, or getting out for a walk at least 3x a week. Make sure to celebrate the small wins and soon enough these small changes will become a staple in your daily life. Some things you can try to move more in the day: use the stairs instead of the elevator if you're able, doing house chores, walk during a voice call, and many more! It encompasses a spectrum of activities, from heart-pumping cardio workouts to endurance training, and may be catered to every individual’s preferences and fitness levels. It is a transformative key that opens doors to a healthier lifestyle. CCR Spotlight: Happy Hour FitnessDate | Thursday, Jan 11 Join us for an exhilarating day of fitness, wellness, and climbing at our Happy Hour Fitness Event! Engage in a variety of fitness stations to warm up, relax and recharge at our wellness stations, and test out your climbing skills with challenges set up to all experience levels. Stop at each station to collect BINGO card stamps and submit your completed BINGO card for a chance to win fantastic prizes. This event is a free drop-in event with your valid one card or VVC membership. Drop-in passes are available to purchase at the customer service desk located in the Van Vliet Complex. Morning Routine

Reflection Question: What does being active look like for you? “What does being active look like to you?,” reflect on this question as you begin your journey with the Let's Get Moving Challenge.
