Welcome to our new weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
This week
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 - 6 days.
On Monday 30 August, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 698 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due back today at 10am
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 17:26 hrs (previous week 25:14 hrs) and for second submissions 2:54 hrs (previous week 9:29 hrs)
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3-6 hours
On Monday 30 August, morning, there were 5 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing those due back today at 10am
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 1:35 hrs (previous week 8:42 hrs) and for second submissions 1:31 hrs (previous week 8:52 hrs)
Australia queue
On Monday 30 August, morning, there were208 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back tomorrow at 1:48pm
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 1:27 hrs (previous week 8:43 hrs) and for second submissions 1:21 hrs (previous week 8:58 hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 16:33 hrs (previous week 24:46 hrs) and for second submissions 2:12 hrs (previous week 8:58 hrs)
