Welcome to our new weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
This week
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 - 6 days.
On Monday 13 December, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 1,329 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due back Friday 10 December at 9.05am
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 30:22 hrs (previous week 28:15 hrs) and for second submissions 15:41 hrs (previous week 13:30 hrs)
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3-12 hours
On Monday 13 December, morning, there were 305 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing those due back today at 7.50 am
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 12:13 hrs (previous week 11:32 hrs) and for second submissions 13:09 hrs (previous week 11:54 hrs)
Australia queue
On Monday 13 December, morning, there were 281 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Friday 10 December at 1.14pm
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 11:33 hrs (previous week 11:40 hrs) and for second submissions 12:38 hrs (previous week 10:52 hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 23:31 hrs (previous week 23:28 hrs) and for second submissions 13:21 hrs (previous week 11:34 hrs)

A message around applying for FAK containers
If you are applying for movement of an FAK container through TSW please submit the entry as though it is a LCL and provide a comment advising it is an FAK. Submit other documents with the application as normal (QD, manifest, and BOL).
