Welcome to our new weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
This week
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 - 6 days.
On Monday 4 October, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 927 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due back today at 7:15 am
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 22:55hrs (previous week 21:06 hrs) and for second submissions 7:55 hrs (previous week 5:54 hrs)
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 - 6 hours
On Monday 4 October, morning, there were 4 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing those due back today at 9am
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 6:33hrs (previous week 3:54 hrs) and for second submissions 6:55 hrs (previous week 4:59 hrs)
Australia queue
On Monday 4 October, morning, there were 125 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back today at 7:15am
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 6:25 hrs (previous week 4:01 hrs) and for second submissions 5:47 hrs (previous week 4:51 hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 14:40 hrs (previous week 19:08 hrs) and for second submissions 6:01 hrs (previous week 5:06 hrs)
