Welcome to our new weekly update report for the BMSB season. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
This week
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 - 6 days.
On Monday 21 June, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 953 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due back 18th June at 3:27pm
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 26:37 hrs (previous week 31:06 hrs) and for second submissions 9:36 hrs (previous week 9:29 hrs)
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 - 8 hours
On Monday 21 June, morning, there were 367 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing those due back 18th June at 3:35pm
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 8:30 hrs (previous week 8:18 hrs) and for second submissions 8:21 hrs (previous week 7:47 hrs)
Australia queue
On Monday 21 June, morning, there were 316 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back 18th June at 3:27pm
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 7:39 hrs (previous week 8:04 hrs) and for second submissions 7:54 hrs (previous week 7:36 hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 23:09 hrs (previous week 28:46 hrs) and for second submissions 9:56 hrs (previous week 9:08 hrs)
