We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes. This weekSea freight queueFor this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 - 6 days. On Monday 28 June, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 961 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due back Monday at 7.50am Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 28:11 hrs (previous week 26:37 hrs) and for second submissions 12:04 hrs (previous week 9:36 hrs) Airfreight queueFor the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 - 9 hours On Monday 28 June, morning, there were 393 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing those due back Monday at 8.04am Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 9:58 hrs (previous week 8:30 hrs) and for second submissions 9:46 hrs (previous week 8:21 hrs) Australia queueOn Monday 28 June, morning, there were 302 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Monday at 8am Last week: Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 9:47 hrs (previous week 7:39 hrs) and for second submissions 9:38 hrs (previous week 7:54 hrs). Any requests to fumigate sawn timber from other countries before it is inspected will be declined. MPI will direct the consignment for the appropriate treatment post inspection should quarantine pests be detected. |
