100% Container Reporting Update

Tēnā koutou

Thank you to all the APs that have updated their details and started recording their container inspection results in the

Container check portal. So far, we have had over 2,000 APs successfully log on and update their passwords which is great progress.

It does appear however, that we have a bit of a communication breakdown based on the number of calls and emails our support teams are receiving to help APs reset their passwords. We’re sorry about that, hopefully this message will clear it up, please share widely with your APs. We have updated our container checks user manual to be clearer about the password reset requirements.

APs only need to contact MPI if they are a new user, have forgotten their current login details or have managed to lock themselves out of the container checks portal by entering the wrong password 5 times.

In all other cases, APs will be able to update their password themselves when they log in to the container checks portal

Please use the container checks user manual to troubleshoot any problems you may be having before contacting MPI, it contains useful tips to help you change your password and log in, for example:
