NEW DSP ROUTING FORM WILL BE EFFECTIVE ON JULY 29, 2023
On July 29, 2023, the Division of Sponsored Programs will roll out a new Routing Form in UIRIS. The system will have significant changes that will improve functionality and integration.
We are less than two weeks away from the release of the new proposal routing form! Make sure you are ready for the changes.
ROUTING FORMS THAT DO NOT CLEAR WORKFLOW BY JULY 28 4PM DEADLINE WILL NOT BE CONVERTED TO THE NEW SYSTEM
Draft routing forms and routing forms in workflow at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023, will not be converted and will need to be re-created in the new system. If you want a routing form to be converted to the new format, it must have completed all workflow approvals before 4:00 p.m. on July 28, 2023.
ACTIONS THAT DEPARTMENTS AND ORGS MUST TAKE NOW
The new proposal routing form will use universal workflow. Departments and orgs need to set up custom office routes for the routing form and associate the custom routes with the new routing form.
