The SEC Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation hosted two policy roundtables on reexamining the IPO on-ramp and reassessing the framework for small public companies with experts in this field. OTC Markets General Counsel, Dan Zinn, spoke on both panels exploring how the IPO process could be improved to encourage more small companies to go public and key changes that should be considered to encourage more companies to stay public.
