It will highlight key themes from the findings of national needs assessments and interviews with vocational rehabilitation and workforce professionals, businesses, and other key informants. The session will highlight key themes from the findings and focus on how they can inform the design, development, and dissemination of research-based products and technical assistance. Drawing on TIP’s emphasis on demand-side engagement and capacity-building, the webinar
will raise attendees’ awareness of the needs of the workforce system and employer partners.

2026 Autism Informed Employers Video SeriesThe Kentucky Employment First Council, Innovative Supports for Autistic Workers (ISAW), and the Training Innovation Project (TIP) share Episode 8 of the 2026 Autism Informed Employers quick-hit video
series. This is a monthly 2-minute video series along with quarterly topical conversations. Episode 8 shares ways some Autistic people speak. In this episode you will learn about echolalia, info-dumping, talking “too much” or “too little.” This includes examples of what these can look like on the job.
