Certified Rehabilitation Counselor Continuing Education Units Now Available
TIP is an approved provider of Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) continuing education units. The CRC credential is a graduate-level professional designation for counselors helping individuals with disabilities achieve personal and vocational goals.
Human Resources Professionals Can Now Receive Continuing Education Units
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest human resources (HR) professional society. SHRM offers competency-based certification for HR professionals. TIP is pleased to offer SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDC) or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP recertification activities.

Translating Employer Engagement Needs Assessment Findings into Practice for NIDILRR Grantees

This webinar is hosted by TIP partner, the Knowledge Translation for Employment Research Center (KTER). It will highlight key themes from the findings of national needs assessments and interviews with vocational rehabilitation and workforce professionals, businesses, and other key informants. The session will highlight key themes from the findings and focus on how they can inform the design, development, and dissemination of research-based products and technical assistance. Drawing on TIP’s emphasis on demand-side engagement and capacity-building, the webinar will raise attendees’ awareness of the needs of the workforce system and employer partners.

2026 Autism Informed Employers Video Series
The Kentucky Employment First Council, Innovative Supports for Autistic Workers (ISAW), and the Training Innovation Project (TIP) share Episode 8 of the 2026 Autism Informed Employers quick-hit video series. This is a monthly 2-minute video series along with quarterly topical conversations. Episode 8 shares ways some Autistic people speak. In this episode you will learn about echolalia, info-dumping, talking “too much” or “too little.” This includes examples of what these can look like on the job.
