Over 120 industry partners attended the 2-day event where the new TIANS Board of Directors for 2024/2025 was elected. Presentations from our colleagues at Efficiency Nova Scotia, CAFE / Ageing proActively, HIAA/Halifax Stanfield and Tourism Nova Scotia rounded out the program. CAFE Designation - Congratulations![]() During the AGM, Mr. Dave Upton presented TIANS with our Certified Age Friendly Employer plaque - recognizing the Association for earning its designation. The pilot for this certification process kicked off in 2022 - a partnership with TIANS and Ageing proActively. There are now 22 designated CAFE businesses in Nova Scotia.
