IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED: On Thursday (May 23rd), the U.S. House of Representatives passed the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act (H.R. 5403) by a 216-192 vote. This imperative bill that would prevent the Fed from creating a central bank digital currency now heads to the U.S. Senate for consideration. Please contact and urge your two U.S. senators to support and PASS the the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act (H.R. 5403), without alteration.

H.R. 5403, as well as H.R. 1122 and S. 3801, is titled the “CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act.” Both H.R. 5403 and H.R. 1122 are sponsored by Representative Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) and cosponsored by 46 and 165 representatives, respectively. Meanwhile, S. 3801 is sponsored by Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and cosponsored by nine other representatives. If enacted, these bills would ban the creation of a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC); for example, H.R. 5403 states:

A Federal reserve bank shall not offer a central bank digital currency, or any digital asset that is substantially similar under any other name or label, indirectly to an individual through a financial institution or other intermediary.

A digital currency is a major and imminent threat to Americans’ liberty and privacy.

The Deep State has been planning a digital currency for many years due to the control over people that it would gain. In fact, a digital currency is a crucial component of the Great Reset plan to control humanity. 

Ultimately, the Federal Reserve — a blatantly unconstitutional agency — must be completely abolished, and the United States must return to constitutional money. However, H.R. 1122 are good first steps that would protect our liberty and privacy. 

Contact your U.S. representative and senators and urge them to enact the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act (H.R. 5403, H.R. 1122, and S. 3801), and to oppose the creation of any digital currency, and to oppose the creation of any digital currency.
