Throughout March, we celebrate Women's History Month. To celebrate, we have highlighted some Women-Owned businesses Relish works with and continue to honor the billions of women around the world.

Social Impact
Relish is consistently implementing new methods to increase our social impact - Rather than supplying plastic water bottles at events, we began providing 5 gallon jugs, for individuals who come ready with their own refillable water bottles. While at Samsung837, attendees and staff were able to use their refillable water bottles to not only stay hydrated all day but help create a positive impact on the Earth. We are looking to implement this at even larger events; think of all the good this can do!
Each month, Relish is donating 150 meals per month to Covenant House New York. Many sites don't received food donations outside of the holiday season. Are you interested in giving back? Covenant House always welcomes new volunteers and accepts donations. For more information, visit their website.
Relish will continue to explore new avenues to enhance our social impact and will be regularly reporting our efforts. If you have any suggestions or products that will assist us in these efforts, please reach out!

Vegan Truffle Cream Sauce
This cream sauce is great over pasta, with sautéed mushrooms to smother on tofu steaks or grilled Portobello mushroom steaks.

What's Been Cooking at Relish?
Claudine Revere, Founder, was asked her thoughts on what the 2022 season will look like, and here is what she had to say; “The team and I are excited for the direction NYC is heading in, especially with the removal of the vaccination requirements for indoor dining. Relish is very optimistic that this will lead to more teams returning to the office and a busy season filled with events; indoors and outdoors!”
Katey Cox (Senior Sales
Manager) has been planning events non-stop in 2022. She just planned a great PR event for Global Citizen and their guests, this time the entire menu was completely meatless! Katey worked closely with Executive Chef, Mark Russell to curate the client’s vision of the perfect menu for their event.
Relish also had the opportunity to cater a fun-filled few days at Samsung 837 in the Meatpacking District. The multi-day event included lunch and beverage services for hungry content creators and staff. The menu included vegan, vegetarian, and various meat options. Services for this event didn’t stop there – the team curated a luminous, unique, and creative dessert station to replicate a day-glow theme. With assorted verrines, neon cupcakes, a rainbow cake, and colorful candy, the treats glowed brightly underneath a black light. The content creators and influencers could not resist capturing these moments on their Instagram and TikTok!
As spring is starting to approach, our team is working hard on curating a new menu for the warmer months. Keep an eye out for that new menu - coming soon!
