Pastoral Message from the Moderator - Bondi Tragedy

Uniting Church WA Moderator Rev David Jackson has expressed his deep sadness at the tragic attack at Bondi Beach, which occurred during a Hanukkah celebration on Sunday 14 December 2025.

The Uniting Church WA stands with the Jewish community as they mourn loved members of their community who have died and the many who are injured and many others traumatised by these events.

There is no place in our society for such hatred and violence.

The pastoral message and prayer can be found on our website.

Can you help Trace an Object?
The Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) is releasing a new round of images in the ‘Stop Child Abuse – Trace an Object’ initiative. This initiative gives everyday Australians an opportunity to provide information that can help them identify victims of online child sexual exploitation.  The Uniting Church WA Culture of Safety team would like to bring this to your attention as part of their ongoing campaign against targeted and predatory forms of child sexual abuse. Can you help recognise these objects and locations? Click on the link to find out more.
