Support Education Station

Free Expert Advice. Life-Changing Advocacy.

Every student with a 22q difference deserves an educational team that understands their unique learning needs. That’s why we created Education Station, a free, personalized consulting program that helps families and schools build the right supports from a child's earliest school years through adulthood.

Our education specialists work directly with families and partner with schools to shape IEPs, troubleshoot challenges, and advocate for the services each student needs to thrive. For many families, Education Station is the first time they feel truly seen, heard, and supported in the education system.

Keeping this essential program free depends on you! With less than one month left in the year, we have raised more than $50,000 and must reach $100,000 to keep Education Station accessible to every family who needs it.

If Education Station has supported your family, or if you want to ensure other families never have to navigate this journey alone, please consider a gift this December. Your generosity directly sustains expert guidance, empowered parents, and brighter futures for students across our 22q community.

Meet Donna Cutler-Landsman:

For nearly three decades, Donna has been a steadfast champion for the 22q community. She began as a parent searching for answers when her son was diagnosed and has grown into the lead advocate behind our Education Station program. With little research available in the early years, she became a trusted source of reliable information, developing educational materials, leading trainings, and supporting families across the globe. Her commitment has helped countless parents navigate the complex world of special education with confidence and hope.

Through Education Station, Donna attends IEP meetings, equips school teams with essential knowledge about 22q, and ensures students receive the services and placements they truly need. Her presence often transforms outcomes as districts adjust testing, increase supports, and set more appropriate goals once they understand the nuances of 22q. Donna’s expertise continues to change lives, and your support keeps this work available to every family who needs it.

Meet Shannon Myron:

Shannon has spent her career supporting students with unique needs as a school psychologist, never expecting that her own son would one day face similar challenges. Parenting a child with 22q differences has brought moments of fear, frustration, and uncertainty, especially around school. Shannon experienced firsthand how overwhelming the school environment can be without the right supports.

Seeing her son transform from scared and defeated to confident and thriving ignited Shannon’s passion to help other families access the same success. With experience on both sides of the IEP table, she understands the power of strong collaboration between home and school and the obstacles that often stand in the way. Shannon brings this insight and determination to the Education Station program, ensuring students receive the compassion, advocacy, and individualized services they need to reach their fullest potential.
