Welcome to our monthly Spill the TEA updates

Our dedicated team of Tenant Engagement Advisors (TEA) work across our neighbourhoods to support communities to thrive. They are an experienced and energetic team and are keen to work with you to help make a huge difference to the communities you live in.

Here are some of our February highlights:

Transformation Fund Workshop

The TEA hosted a Transformation Fund workshop to provide guidance and support to groups who would like to apply for the fund.

We had 8 people attend the workshop from Chesham Fold TRA, Bury VCFA, Bury Cancer Support Group, The BAME project and Bury Hearing Group, who all want to deliver some great projects in partnership with Six Town Housing within our communities.

Find out more about our Transformation Fund and how you can apply here

Cost of Living Workshop

At the start of the month, the TEA team delivered their first Cost of Living Workshop in Topping Fold Community Centre.

The 4 hour course covered budgeting and debt with a guest speaker from Citizens Advice Bury, energy efficiency, mindfulness and an opportunity for Q+A

Keep a look out for our next workshop as they plan to roll these out across the Bury!
