Recipe: Smoked salmon and chicken salad platterThis recipe from Diabetes Australia is so easy to put together! It’s fresh and light and full of zing. If you aren’t keen on smoked salmon you could use all chicken or replace with a baked salmon fillet, cooled and cut up. It serves 6 but you could easily double the recipe if you're catering to a larger crowd. Acknowledgement of CountryCheckUP acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live.
