Emerging opportunities in longevity data science

On 3rd November Jo Young and Jack Bowles from EY presented to our SIAS members the latest in the world of ESG investing with a focus on the data metrics required to optimise results. As always we have a special congratulations to Bethan Goddard and Konrad Farrugia who won champagne prizes for best contributions from a Student and Fellow.

Our next talk will be on 2nd December from 6.00pm, when Douglas Anderson and Mark Sharkey  will present a series of case studies to illustrate how new techniques are enabling richer analysis, creating multi-disciplinary interactions with fellow professionals. This talk is particularly useful for actuarial students and actuaries looking for a career change.
