It's time to take stock of what worked in the garden this past year and, even more importantly, what didn't. But sometimes, it's a combination. Last fall, I planted rock purslane in a small bed and it actually did too good, completely taking over and dwarfing a small redbud tree in the same bed. Now to decide where to move the rock purslane and what to plant in its place.

Happy gardening!
