Mental Health Awareness Week (6-12 October)

This year's theme is 'Top Up Together' about the importance of community. Finding time to connect with others can be hard for parents and carers, but research shows that socialising brings the most sustained, long-term benefits to mental health and wellbeing. If you can, try mark the week by reaching out someone, even if it's just for a cuppa ☕

We also have some articles below on anxiety and self-care, as well as links to FREE books and resources for children and adults, thanks to our friends at the IHC Library, which has a huge range of resources on intellectual disability and neurodivergence.
