Dr. Nichols has been a part of the NMF legacy since 1985, when she received an NMF scholarship, and served as our board chair for over a decade.

NMF President and CEO, Michellene Davis, Esq. hit the airwaves on Match Day with a vibrant interview on NBC 10 (WCAU) Philadelphia. The station serves over 7.5 million viewers throughout Greater Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley, South Jersey and Delaware.
The President and CEO also penned an op-ed for the Philadelphia Tribune — the oldest, continually publishing African American newspaper in the United States.
"Changing medicine to better reflect and serve our richly diverse nation requires concerted efforts at every level. We must dismantle barriers to entry and create pathways for underrepresented individuals to thrive in medicine" said Michellene Davis, Esq.
