Revolving Funds Survey Request
Another opportunity brought to you by the Sustainable Endowments Institute (SEI), is focused on a survey SEI is conducting to assess the prevalence of green revolving funds (GRFs) as a carbon/energy/water/waste reduction financing mechanism. The results will be used to write a report on the state of GRFs across the US and Canada, building on their previous GRF report in 2012 called Greening the Bottom Line.
If your institution doesn’t have a revolving fund yet but is exploring or currently developing a fund, SEI would appreciate your response to the survey.

Climate Justice in the United States
In the beginning of August, and in conjunction with other entities, the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication released the Climate Note: Exploring support for climate justice policies in the United States. The analysis is based on existing research/survey data, and is focused on support people in the United States have (or don't have) for federal climate justice policies.
Numerous experts and organizations provided input and feedback on the research, as is noted in the beginning and end of the Climate Note. As your institution continues to work toward your own climate campus goals, this information will be helpful.
Study re: Climate Change & Increased Flood Damage
The Scripps Institution of Oceanography at the University of California San Diego, recently released a new study focused on research they conducted on climate change and flooding. The results from the research predict an increase in river flooding - especially in the Western United States - due to climate change.
