Our pediatric dental providers will make sure your child feels heard, cared for, and leaves with a bright smile on their face. Tiffani Chang, PA-C

Tiffani Chang, PA-C, learned about Lawndale Christian Health Center while studying at Duke University. She was able to meet LCHC staff who love God and are passionate about serving the Lawndale community, and this left a lasting impression on her. Tiffani grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and said, "I knew if I were to move back to the area, Lawndale would be the perfect place to work." Tiffani credits God for the perfect timing and for opening the doors that led to her serving at LCHC today. Since joining LCHC, Tiffani's top priority has been building relationships with her patients and serving them with the same love God shows his people. As an active listener, Tiffani builds a reciprocal relationship with her patients as she supports them in improving their health. She considers it a privilege to provide care that aids patients in living longer, healthier lives.

Tiffani says, "I've been in different clinics before, but I have to say Lawndale is very special, and the people here are very special. Working with people who have such positivity, heart, love for others, and desire to serve is encouraging for me to keep doing the same. It is beautiful."

Free Fresh Produce | VeggieRx

VeggieRx aims to improve patients' physical health by providing patients with a free box of locally grown produce and produce coupons for Windy City Harvest Markets. In addition, you will have the opportunity to attend free cooking and nutrition classes at the Farm On Ogden. To enroll, ask your LCHC provider for more information and a referral. Once you have a referral, you are free to register, and you can begin your weekly contactless pickup of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Lawndale Walk/Run Club

Do you want to start running or walking regularly, but don't know where to begin? If this applies to you and you enjoy walking/running with people, then LCFC's Walk/Run Club is for you! Get motivated as a part of the Lawndale Fitness community and join others, like yourself, striving for the same fitness goals by joining the Walk/Run Club.
