Greetings ,

Welcome to Ausfilm's April Newsletter!

First things first, we wish to make an apology and amendment to our March Newsletter introduction: Congratulations to Aussie Greig Fraser again for his win at last month's Academy Awards®. Fraser recieved an Oscar for his incredible Cinamatography on Dune. We incorrectly credited The Power of the Dog film to his win and we apologise for the slip!

This month's Location Spotlight there is plenty to gush about with the epic landscapes of the Northern Territory's Alice Springs.

Production has been firing away Down Under and we are excited to welcome the remake of the mega sci-fi classic, Metropolis materialising in Melbourne's Docklands Studios.

Luma has provided a VFX breakdown of their incredible work on Spider-Man: No Way Home, news from CATO, XM2, and the latest AUSFILM INSIDER is out, interviewing the Producers and Director of Netflix's edge-of-your-seat series: Pieces of Her.

Happy reading and watching!
