Exciting news for Health Gateway Schools! The Queensland Health Minister, Shannon Fentiman, has announced a groundbreaking $1 million #GoHealth Campaign aimed at inspiring the next generation of health heroes. Unveiled during her CEDA speech, the campaign will target Queenslanders aged 15-18 and their parents, showcasing the myriad career opportunities within the public health sector. Utilising digital platforms, including the trendy TikTok, the campaign will provide an immersive look into the daily lives of young health professionals like Maddie, a pharmacist at the Queensland Children’s Hospital. The initiative not only spotlights the diversity of roles in Queensland Health but also emphasises the importance of growing our own health workforce. #GoHealth's strategic timeline aligns with the release of ATAR results, running from November 2023 to January 2024, and the school pathway planning period from March to April 2024.
