NCURA takes a trip down the terms and conditions rabbit hole, meets Alice's friends, and learns how they all get along in their unorthodox world. In this webinar, participants will learn to navigate the hierarchy of conflicting terms without being late to the party! NCURA will use real life examples to understand how to navigate our way through the terms and conditions rabbit hole. Participants will learn to identify applicable terms and conditions for an award and learn how to determine which terms to follow when there are conflicts.
