English Harbour is bustling again. The first big regatta of the sailing season has just taken place, the RORC Caribbean 600 now in its 15th year and has already become one of the signature events in offshore racing. 70 boats competed this year and there was not a hotel or a villa on the south coast of Antigua that had not been fully booked many months in advance.
