FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Sun Sentinel Names Youth Co-Op A Winner Of The South Florida Top Workplaces 2024 Award

Doral, Florida - Youth Co-Op has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by South Florida's Top Workplaces. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Connie Perez-Borroto, President & CEO of Youth Co-Op said that “it means a great deal for Youth Co-Op to be recognized as a South Florida Top Workplaces Award recipient, especially as we celebrate our 50-year anniversary.  For Youth Co-Op, employees are a driving force of our mission to change lives through education, employment and empowerment of individuals and families. We could not do what we do without the dedication of our staff.  This award recognizes their commitment to making a difference in our community.”
