As 2024 comes to a close, we’d like to thank all our Health Gateway schools for their incredible contributions to the project. Your support has been instrumental in making this year a resounding success! This year, our team engaged with nearly 6,000 students across 85 school and industry events—a testament to the power of collaboration. We also welcomed 23 new schools to the network, surpassing our expectations and expanding the project’s reach. One of the year’s highlights was the inaugural #GoHealth Careers Expo, which received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Our team is working hard to secure funding to make this event even bigger and better in
2025. Stay tuned for updates early next year. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our funder, the Department of Trade, Employment and Training (DTET), and our industry partners for their ongoing support throughout the year. Your contributions have been invaluable in helping us deliver meaningful opportunities and resources for students exploring health careers. Together, we are shaping the future of Queensland’s health workforce. Thank you once again for your dedication to inspiring the health workforce of tomorrow. We wish you all a happy and safe holiday We’re excited to continue this journey with you in 2025!
