Uniting WA Annual Public Meeting
You are warmly invited to attend the Uniting WA Annual Public Meeting on 12 November to celebrate their achievements and hear of their service to the community over the recent year. A short ceremony with a guest speaker will be held and light refreshments provided.

Uniting Generations Network
The next Uniting Generations Network Meeting is taking place on Wednesday 16 October from 7.00pm at South Perth Uniting Church, 2 Sandgate St, South Perth.
The network welcomes all those who have a heart and passion for reaching children and young people with the love of Jesus Christ. Come and share stories, to grow and learn together in this amazing mission.

Trek for Timor South West
The Trek for Timor South West on Sunday 6 October was a great success! The event was organised by the Friends of East Timor Mobile Medical Clinic and supported by the Uniting Church WA International Partnerships and Development Commission.
Over 100 people, including more than 50 East Timorese seasonal workers, participated in one or more of the four walks in the beautiful Crooked Brook Forest in the Shire of Dardenup.

Uniting Church Mentor TrainingAre you currently a Presbytery-appointed mentor or interested in becoming one? Join the Uniting Centre for Education and Formation for a training session designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively guide and support others on their faith journey. - Commissioning of Andrew Johnson as Assembly General Secretary (UCA) - Andrew Johnson will be commissioned as the new Assembly General Secretary on 23 November at Gungahlin Uniting Church, ACT. The service will also be live-streamed.
Anti-Poverty Week October 2024 (NCCA) - Anti-Poverty Week (APW) is from 13 to 19 October 2024. The APW purpose is to help Australians understand poverty and to take action collectively to end it. The Australian Churches Refugee Taskforce (ACRT) has developed a Resource Kit to support advocacy and involvement in APW 2024.
Trinity School for Seniors Art & Craft Exhibition - Trinity School for Seniors (TSFS), is hosting its annual Art & Craft Exhibition from 13 to 17 October 2024 at Trinity Church Hall, 72 St Georges Terrace Perth. The annual Exhibition is one of the main highlights of the TSFS school year, allowing students to showcase their creative talents to the people of Perth – something they might not necessarily be able to do otherwise. - 'Genocide in the Wildflower State' Screening - there will be a screening of the documentary 'Genocide in the Wildflower State', followed by a Q&A panel discussion, on Wednesday 23 October, 5.00pm to 7.00pm at Greater Union Cinemas, Morley. This documentary feature offers a deeply moving expose of Western Australia's Stolen Generations and gives voice to Survivors' journeys towards justice and healing.
