Self-Monitoring Blood Pressure Program

We would love to partner with you in taking control of your blood pressure through our Self-Monitoring Blood Pressure program! You'll be given a blood pressure machine to use at home, and can enter your readings into an app. Your care team will review your numbers and provide guidance to help you achieve your blood pressure goals. Kathryn Lee Noll, MD

Dr. Kathryn Lee Noll joined LCHC in February 2023, drawn by her passion for providing treatment for patients with substance use disorder. Dr. Noll attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, bringing her medical expertise to the Lawndale community. Her motivation is rooted in the desire to contribute to something bigger than herself and make a positive impact on people's lives. Dr. Noll finds fulfillment in helping patients make significant life changes and providing support throughout their journey. She says, "Witnessing patients experience positive transformations feels like witnessing a miracle". She loves celebrating the successes of her patients and coworkers, which she attributes to the work of God in their lives and the nurturing community at LCHC.

Adult & Youth Hip-Hop Dance Group Classes 

Lawndale Christian Fitness Center has something for everyone! Try out our adult or youth hip hop classes for a fun and energetic workout. Our adult hip hop class takes place every Wednesday at 8 pm, and our youth class is on Saturdays at 12 pm. We hope to see you there!

Donate Christmas Gifts to West Side Shelters

Our mobile health team routinely visits local partner shelters year-round to ensure our patients there receive the care they need. This Christmas, we're spreading warmth and care as we plan to assemble more than 1,200 gift bags filled with essential items like toiletries and winter accessories like hats, gloves, and socks.
