Homecoming 2025
This year’s Homecoming was truly memorable with events packed with high energy and awesome community engagement!
The excitement started on Thursday, October 23, with a fun Night at the Zu Carnival into Midnight Madness, where the APU community celebrated the kick-off of basketball season.
On Friday, October 24, we welcomed back alumna Mickenzie Haan ’18 for Homecoming Chapel. She delivered a wonderfully thoughtful message, reflecting on her time at APU and sharing her gratitude for all the community support she’s received.
The energy carried right into Saturday, October 25, as we celebrated A New Era in Cougar Athletics. A special lunch was held with President Morris and APU’s newest coaches. We even had APU legends in attendance, including Director of Athletics Gary Pine ’84, former Track and Field Coach Terry Franson, and football Hall of Famer Christian Okoye ’86!
The fall festivities hit a high point at the Harvest Festival, an evening of pure community fun!
Homecoming wrapped up with our men's and women's soccer teams facing off against Biola. Our women’s team clinched the win and secured the coveted Cornerstone Cup!
