Career Start Career Start is a reduced cost entry level training to start a career, move to more skilled role or full time employment. Career Start provides eligible Queenslanders with:
Career Boost Career Boost helps the development of higher-level skills needed to advance careers to help level-up at work, support productivity growth and workplace innovation. The training that is available is on the Queensland Subsidised Training List identifies the qualifications and skill sets that attract Queensland Government funding. The Queensland Skills Gateway also has more information about qualifications. The course search results will provide details of whether a qualification is funded under Career Boost. Local Jobs, Local People The Local Jobs, Local People Grant Opportunity is open until 24 September 2025 and will help address local employment needs by funding local activities that help people get into employment, access training, and create pathways directly leading to employment.
