Prayer Vigil for PeaceOut of the Depths I cried to you, O Lord With the Holy Lands gripped by violence and trauma, the Uniting Church Assembly's Working for Justice Circle will host an online prayer vigil on Thursday 28 November at 7.30pm AEDT. The gathering will include meditation, music, reflections and prayers for peace in the Holy Land. The Vigil will be led by Rev Alex Sangster, Working for Justice Circle Advocate, and Rev Dr Helen Richmond. President Rev Charissa Suli will offer a reflection. Formation for All DayConnecting with God in Nature. The Uniting Centre for Education and Formation is offering a 'Formation for All' retreat day on Saturday 30 November from 9.30am to 2.30pm at Glen Forrest Uniting Church. Many people, when describing their spiritual life or relationship with God, emphasize the importance of the natural world. This retreat-style day will offer a variety of ways to connect with God through nature. Come along—whether you’re seeking inspiration for events to share with

Uniting Church CampsiteThe Uniting Church WA campsite is located in Siesta Park, Busselton, on the beautiful coastline of Geographe Bay - a great location for a beachside unwind. There are 21 powered sites and 7 unpowered sites that can be booked individually. Hire bookings can only be accepted for members of the Uniting Church including employees, schools and agencies. The campsite also has a large meeting room, upgraded ablution blocks and an outdoor BBQ area making it ideal for church camps, school groups and ministry retreats. Plus the calm waters of Geographe Bay are at your

WA Day of Prayer with the Holy LandThe Social Justice Commission of the Uniting Church in WA invites congregations, schools and agencies to choose a day in November to pray with the people of the Holy Land including our Palestinian-Christian sisters and brothers. These liturgical resources are based on the Revised Common Lectionary readings for 17 November, the 26th Sunday after Pentecost. The Social Justice Commission have prepared these resources in collaboration with our neighbours, the Palestinian Christians in Australia (WA).

The Big Garage SaleStar Street Uniting Church is holding its next Big Garage Sale on Saturday 2 November! Starting at 8.00am, come along and grab a bargain in clothing, bric-a-brac, books, dvds and art. There will also be a crafts and bake sale, an impressive array of plants by Mr Retired and of course a sausage sizzle! All proceeds from the event go to their emergency food relief program, which provides food to those in need in the local area.

Fauré Requiem @ Wesley - Tickets are selling fast for Fauré Requiem, at Uniting Church in the City, Wesley Perth. The student choirs of Aquinas College, John Septimus Roe Anglican Community School, Scotch College and St George's College UWA combine for an unforgettable performance.. The concert will feature the Wesley Chamber Orchestra and Uniting Church in the City Artist in Residence, Alessandro Pittorino, who will feature as both conductor and soloist in Poulenc's Organ Concerto.
