Click here FINAL MEMBER'S MEETING OF 2021Join us 10am-12pm AEDT on December 7 A word from StephI am really excited to be close to sharing the release of our WW members only Post-lockdown Workplace Mental Health Guide being created in partnership with Transitioning Well. The Guide will be touching on some of the most important topics relevant for workplaces right now, including hybrid working, re-entry anxiety and navigating the legalities and ethics of vaccinations, to name a few. The Guide will also be linking out to further resources that have been vetted by WayAhead and Transitioning Well. The reason for The Guide being created is because I can see that whilst we are lucky and excited to be out of lockdown, we still have a long road ahead. We don’t exactly know what 2022 will bring and we are all still navigating what “work” and the “workplace” means in this new context. Hopefully this Guide is a good starting point to navigate some of the common themes that we are predicting will be top priority in 2022. With the last month of the year here, I implore everyone to sit with where you are at, and aim for what is realistic. Burn out and exhaustion runs rife, and there is a good chance that people taking time off soon might crash and burn. Ease your way into this potentially challenging time of year and let’s all hold onto cautious optimism for 2022, and dare I say it this early but.. Merry Christmas! See you next year!
