Click here Free immunisation course for Enrolled and Registered Nurses in general practiceSEMPHN is pleased to offer eligible Practice Nurses the opportunity to access further education in immunisation services. The application is open and ongoing until advised. The Practice Nurse grant will cover the cost of the Nurse Immunisation course for eligible nurses ($1000 per applicant) in the SEMPHN catchment, to support immunisations for influenza, other child and adult vaccinations, as well as the administration of COVID-19 vaccinations. For this activity, SEMPHN is working in partnership with The Benchmarque Group. The Benchmarque Group has a nationally accredited course in Immunisation Practice in Primary Healthcare. About the courseThe course is appropriate for both Registered and Enrolled Nurses. On completion of the course, nurses will receive a nationally accredited statement of attainment. The course takes approximately 110 hours to complete, including one full day workshop (face-to-face or online). EligibilityThis opportunity is available for all Registered and Enrolled Nurses working in general practice in the SEMPHN catchment. Please read through the course details below.
