16 Days of Activism 2025The 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence is a global campaign led by UN Women which begins on 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and runs until 10 December, Human Rights Day. Inspired by the 2025 global theme, 'End digital violence against all women and girls', Uniting Church President Rev Charissa Suli along with voices from Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific have united to send a message for this year's 16 Days of Activism which was filmed at the 2025 President's Conference on the island of Tongatapu, Tonga. Church and community resources for the 16 Days of Activism can also be found on the National Council of Churches website here. In WA, the 16 Days in WA campaign is inspired by the global 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence. Events for 16 Days in WA are listed on the website here.
