Kit includes:
Reaction Tube Neutralising Reagent
MycoTB™ Solution Resuspension Tube
Transfer the clinical
sample from the original
container to reaction
tube “A” and add all
MycoTB™ reagent tube
“B”.		 Incubate the reaction
tube “A” for 3-10 min at
room temperature and
transfer all neutralising
reagent “C”.
Centrifuge the reaction
tube “A” for 5 min at
3300 g. 		Remove the supernatant
and add all resuspension
reagent “D” to the pellet.
