Safety Net launched to boost financial resilience of UK merchant seafarersThe Seafarers’ Charity in partnership with the Merchant Navy Welfare Board (MNWB) launched the Safety Net website to help UK merchant seafarers to manage their money during the current cost of living crisis and in the future. The Seafarers’ Charity is committed to supporting Fairness in FishingThe Seafarers’ Charity is calling for Government, the fishing industry and trade unions to work together to ensure that this existing legislation is enforced and upheld for everyone working within the UK fishing industry to ensure decent working conditions.
