Community Grant Available for Coronation Activities!
The Coronation weekend is fast approaching and we have increased the amount for the Community Grant for up to £300 for any activities for Coronation.
Could your street be a 'Play Street'?
Six Town Housing and Bury Council are working together to identify any potential streets or residents who would like to apply for their street to become a ‘Play Street.’
Play streets are neighbour-led short road closures, creating a safe space for children to play freely together. More details available on the link below.
Winners of the Energy Efficiency Award
We are committed to continue delivering energy efficiency works and improvements to our properties to provide comfortable, sustainable homes for the future and our tenants.
We were recently awarded as winners of the Energy Efficiency Award 2023 - Regional Housing Association or Landlord of the Year. This award recognises the efforts of that organisation and seeks to thank them for their service to their local community.

Our dedicated team of Tenant Engagement Advisors (TEA) work across our neighbourhoods to support communities to thrive. They are an experienced and energetic team and are keen to work with you to help make a huge difference to the communities you live in.

Happy Easter!
Over the Easter period, our Tenant Engagement Team donated 70 Easter eggs to local youth clubs, food banks and community groups across the borough including Bridge Community Church Food Club (Radcliffe), Victoria Youth Club (Whitefield), Trinity Baptist Food Bank (Trinity), Topping Fold Food Bank (Bury), Chesham Food Panty (Bury) and Brandleholm Food Bank (Bury).
Operation Avro
Yesterday, a few members of the team were out in force with Operation Avro, networking with a number of agencies, linking in with the Police in preventing and targeted problem areas and issues within the borough.
Victoria Youth Club is back!
The Victoria Youth Club is back on April 20th at Victoria Community and Youth Centre, Charles Street, Whitefield, M45 6FG.
The club will be every Thursday, 5:30pm to 6:30 for ages 6-11 and 7pm to 8:30pm for ages 12-16. Entry is £1.
Free Safeguarding course for Six Town Housing Tenants and Volunteers
We are holding a FREE Safeguarding course for Six Town Housing tenants and volunteers on Thursday 27th April, from 10am - 3pm.
This course covers both Adult and Children safeguarding topics and will be held at the Six Town Housing Office, BL9 0EL.

Bury Hearing Hub Deaf Awareness Event
Celebrate Deaf Awareness Week at Bury Hearing Hub to find out how the group can help those who are deaf or hard of hearing and share your ideas or what you'd like to see from the group in the future. Refreshments will be provided.
The event will be on Tuesday 2nd May, 1:30pm - 3:30pm at 8 Tenterden Street, Bury, BL9 0EG.
Bridge Community Church Toys & Books Bank
Our transformation fund has helped Bridge Community Church put together a Toy & Book Bank where you're free to take what you need and share what you can.
Open every Wednesday, 10am - 12pm at Bridge Community Church, Milltown Road, Radcliffe, M26 1WD.
Free Digital Skills Course
If you're a resident at Top o’th Fields Retirement Living Scheme and have a Smart Phone, Tablet or iPad that you want to learn more about, join our Digital Skills sessions!
The Digital Skills sessions are delivered by Bury Adult Learning. Every Tuesday at 10am starting 25th April at Top o’th Fields Retirement Living in Whitefield.
